Founder & CEO
Sergio Tigera is the Founder & CEO of Gamechangers Consulting, a firm that helps organizations transform strategy into action through leadership development, culture change, and organizational alignment. With more than 20 years of experience spanning corporate leadership, higher education, and consulting, Sergio has built a reputation for helping leaders and teams achieve meaningful and lasting results.
Prior to founding Gamechangers, Sergio spent 14 years with Caterpillar, holding leadership roles across North America, Europe, and Latin America, where he consistently delivered record-breaking performance and led multi-million-dollar business operations. He later served in executive leadership positions at Florida International University and The Pacific Institute, further expanding his expertise in organizational development and transformational leadership.
Today, Sergio advises corporations, municipalities, universities, and nonprofits on strategic planning, leadership effectiveness, and organizational culture. He is also the host of the Gamechangers LIVE podcast, where he interviews influential leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators to uncover the lessons, mindsets, and experiences that drive extraordinary success.

Elisabetta Bell is a global strategy and business growth executive with deep expertise in strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and enterprise execution. Elisabetta partners with senior leaders to clarify priorities, strengthen governance, align teams, and translate strategy into measurable results.
A certified Gallup StrengthsFinder Coach, she helps leaders and teams leverage their strengths to improve collaboration, engagement, and performance. She is also a two-time Top Marketer recognized by The Internationalist Magazine.
Elisabetta currently serves as a Board Member and Strategy Manager for the Woman's Club of Coral Gables. Her community leadership has also included serving as President of Caterpillar's Women's Initiative Network (WIN) — Miami Chapter and as a Board Member of the Rotary Club of Coral Gables.

Yosef Funke designs behavior change and engagement strategies that help organizations turn good intentions into sustained action. At Gamechangers Consulting, he works with universities, school districts, nonprofits, and organizations to strengthen connection, increase engagement, and create experiences that lead to measurable behavior change.
His work combines behavioral science, positive psychology, experiential learning, and gamification to help participants build meaningful habits, stronger relationships, and a greater sense of belonging. He has designed and led initiatives for graduate and online students, K-12 education, leadership teams, and mission-driven organizations, translating research into practical experiences that improve participation, connection, and outcomes.
