Gamechangers Challenge helps people reconnect with what’s good and working - in themselves, their teams, and their communities.
Because real transformation doesn’t happen in a single leap… it happens one meaningful step at a time.

They’ve:
rolled out new tools or AI,
trained teams on new frameworks,
aligned on new expectations,
invested in enablement and playbooks.
Yet day to day:
behavior varies by person,
execution drifts under pressure,
best practices stay siloed,
managers end up policing instead of leading.
Training explains expectations.
It does not make them stick.
break it into simple daily actions,
embed those actions into real work,
reinforce them through shared practice and reflection,
until they recombine into the new optimal way of operating.

What It’s Not: To be clear, this is not training or re-training, performance management, culture or engagement work, or another platform teams have to learn, or a long-term transformation initiative. It is a short, Atomic Behavior™ is a focused, time-bound reinforcement layer designed to work after strategy, frameworks, and tools are already in place.
Atomic Behavior™ works because it:
reduces cognitive load,
creates repetition without friction,
and uses social reinforcement instead of enforcement.
Most behavior change fails because it operates at the wrong level:
too abstract,
too episodic,
too manager-dependent.
People don’t change because they’re convinced.
They change because the behavior becomes normal.
more consistent execution,
clearer shared standards,
faster spread of best practices,
reduced manager overhead,
and behavior that holds under pressure.

Atomic Behavior™ is effective in AI-enabled environments where performance depends on human judgment, not just access to tools. It reinforces consistent, responsible AI use by breaking “good judgment” into small, repeatable actions teams practice together—so AI supports work instead of introducing risk or variability.
In sales environments using MEDDICC or similar frameworks, inconsistency is costly. Atomic Behavior™ reinforces daily execution by turning qualification and deal discipline into concrete actions practiced in live work—so standards hold even when volume and pressure increase.
In customer-facing teams, expectations are clear but behavior varies under load. Atomic Behavior™ reinforces service judgment, tone, and follow-through through small daily practices—helping teams deliver consistent experiences even during peak pressure.
In distributed or high-pressure environments, isolation quietly erodes performance. Atomic Behavior™ treats connection as a behavior, not a feeling—reinforcing visibility, acknowledgment, and follow-through through lightweight daily actions that reduce friction and increase consistency.
Atomic Behavior™ is delivered through short, time-bound pilots (typically 30 days).
Each pilot focuses on one behavior, requires about five minutes per day per participant, produces observable behavior change, and is designed to prove value before any decision to scale. Low lift, fast signal, and no long-term commitment required.
We start by identifying one behavior that matters most in your environment right now. That behavior is then broken down into simple, daily actions that fit your tools, workflows, and real-world pressure. This ensures the pilot is specific, relevant, and immediately usable. Not generic.
We run a short, time-bound pilot, typically 30 days. Participants practice the same behavior through lightweight daily actions that take about five minutes. Reinforcement happens through repetition, reflection, and shared visibility—without adding meetings or management overhead.
At the end of the pilot, we review what actually changed. We look at consistency, judgment, and where the behavior held or broke down. This creates a clear signal to decide whether to scale the pilot, reinforce a second behavior, or stop entirely.
Small daily actions.
Practiced together.
Until the new optimal holds.
