In 2025, Florida International University’s Professional MBA Online program launched the Real Connections Challenge with a total of 261 students. Within 30 days, across 4 cohorts, they recorded more than 600 new peer connections and a strong sense of belonging, achieving a 13.3% year-over-year retention increase representing over $2 million in tuition revenue preserved.
